Help on converting a wrist watch to pocket watch

Hi all, was wondering if anyone has come across an adapter to convert a wrist watch to pocket watch?

Something like this image I found on the net



I got this giant of pilot watch with over 60mm width that I like to convert



(Huge fella. Next to the new kinetic Prospex for size comparison)

that image isnt it lug to lug distance dependant...so its very likely custom made.
guess u can always ask any custom strap maker to do one.

Thanks for the advice. You're right, such set up would be lug to lug dependent. Can't help it but to go get one specially made.
