Interesting about the oil treatments.. so instead of sweaty smelling straps, we have oily, olivey-sweaty smelling straps??

I guess a baby smelling strap would be better..

just to clarify, i apply baby oil on the outer part of the strap. not inner.
get the non greasy type. it helps prolong your leather lifespan. no smell wan!

Any chance you could post some pics of your strap and advise how long you had the piece for.


i applied oil to all of my leather straps bro...

The oil that i applied only will smell good for the first couple of hours,then the straps will return to it ori smell,those leather chimical smell...

Use car leather care cream with sponge (small piece ) and buff off when dry. Or you can try to get brietling produced,  very small can of leather strap cream.
Olive oil can help? if yes i would apply to nite. ;)

Just wear as per normal...come home use damp cloth to clean....if not wearing...apply some obenauf leather protector to make sure it doesnt dry and crack
