Title: Price hike?

Hi guys

Wonder if this is happening in malaysia as well, over in the uk, I've noticed a price hike on watches over the past few months!
if you guys remember one of my first post here was about a tag carrera chrono. I eventually bought one here for £1300++ and am loving it!
just last week, I was browsing the same shop and noticed my carrera is going for £2150!!!!! a £700 hike!!!
any reason for that? could it be the ETA movement withdrawal??

is this happening in malaysia??

What carrera?...sorry mate...I think nobody actually went into one of the shops to acquire. :Laughing_on_floor:

well im just curious if this is happening to all other brands, and in malaysia as well, or is it just a localized priced hike.

50% increase in few months? If this is true, I better buy watch instead of stocks  ;D

I think it is affecting some of the brands not all.

erm i've heard from some friends in our local reputable ADs, new prices are coming in june '10

and if u follow the big overseas forums, new prices are also coming in june '10 (low euro problems i guess)

so, if u like something, better get it soon, before it becomes pricier again for no apparent reason
