The air king is similar quite similar to explorer I in term of look & design. Both have no date. The previous explorer I as mentioned by CK77 is 36mm while the air king is 34mm. The new incarnation of explorer I is larger now at 39mm. Thus if you want the smaller older explorer I, you will need to look at preowned.

Was looking at getting a rolex for my wife earlier last month. Tried the new explorer I but she felt it was a little too big for her. Furthermore it has no date and only available in black dial. The 34mm air king was ok but no date. Finally she decided on the datejust 116200 which is 36mm with white dial and oyster bracelet which is the same as on the explorer. You can choose between oyster or super jubilee on the datejust.

Perhaps you are refering to the Yatch Master? It does come in 29mm.

tumpang thread instead of starting a new one ;D

haven't got the time to visit any ADs/boutiques yet, considering AirKing for my wife... and... aside from the size and 3130 vs 2231 movement, what's the different between Air King and Oyster Perpetual (no date)?
if price gap is not too wide, can consider also the Oyster Perpetual Date... any idea how much is a brand new one?
