Title: It's Back ..Finally!!
Post by: terrenceterrence on March 26, 2010, 01:15:08 PM: Finally got the Sinn back from THG's grubby hands. Lan-Lan pay the 50 bucks since both my e-mails to Sinn and THG went unanswered. Think both parties are conspiring. Really PKM (pardon my French)

Really been missing it. has yet to be off my wrist since i came home.

Sorry for the dirty pics. The Blackness of the watch does really attract sleeve dirt and finger prints/smudge marks

Post by: terrenceterrence on March 26, 2010, 01:18:15 PM: I don;t baby my watches at all, but i do admit this one is fragile. Scratches to S/S i can handle but scratches on black PVD is totally heartache.

I do have initial buyer's remorse on buying this piece but ever since i've sent it in, i did realise how much i miss it. :-\

As you can see the clasp takes the brunt and does not hold up as well as the entire watch. sometimes i would mask it with a Sharpie :D

All of my seikos are by far brighter than my Sinn in a mile. but the black and white contrast does make reading the time easy.

read from the net that it's not uncommon for it to fall off across all models. it;s shape and size is standard dor most Sinn models.

wow i am surprise with that since normaly big company will chaged you when they just "touching" the watch. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

How long does it take to verify the watch?

Post by: dennis.T on March 26, 2010, 08:56:24 PM: usually take abt 20min - 30min for both Richemont and Rolex...wat i heard abt why rolex service centre start charging u for verification is due to too many pawn shop bring their customer watch for verification hence Rolex service centre start charging for the verification, some say rolex wanto prevent pawn shop to abuse this service but to me is for the sake of $$...
