What do the forum members think Rolex will do in Basel World 2013? Rolex never seem to change a lot however over the last few years we have seen a progressive move to larger watches. DD2 DJ2 Explorer2 etc. I am a regular TRF member less so here (sorry but there never seems to be anything on the Members classifieds :-[ ) but the growth areas for the rolex brand remain in Asia where there is an arguement that larger wrist watches have a more limited market here. What do you guys think?

Not really...
Rolex never go for 48 / 52 mm
Max is dssd at 44mm on bezel
Sub n gmt still 40mm
Sales must b gd that's y they continue to up size
-
i hope rolex won't change the size of their models or they offer same model in 2 different sizes ie 40mm and 42mm :P
-
I guess no one ever expected to see a 5mm jump on the DJ2, a 4mm jump on the YM2 and other increases. I wouldn't write anything off

it's time for the daytona to get a long overdue facelift!

yes agree with you. current design the dial is too busy with wording and i'm not a fan of tachymeter scale on bezel !

Maybe Seiko will replace the 9F6x HEQ calibres? Last year is the 20th anniversary of the family, and LEs were released.
