very nice! great CNY present.

Just curious, why your title indicate it is brass?
-
And I understand that this is a special edition made for the Russian Forum.
How you manage to get it?
-
Ya, I'm curious how you ordered the watch, cause it says special for Russian forum members....
-
Superb finish movement
Blued screws
Sunburst stripes on bridges
Prelate on base plate! Or just below the balance whelk
Even the barrel wheel is well finished
Congrats
-
Obtained the code from a Russian friend in the UK since he is also getting one.
Guess am lucky  He was telling me it is a brass and not CuSn8 case... Don't really care as I hv also ordered LumTec M54 which is a CuSn8 case (that's why it takes longer to get the right material). Think bronze case would hv cost more.

Good on you mate, congrats on the watch.

How can he tell is a brass? He tested it? Is Steinhart confirming it?

nice

It was made known earlier during design stage that it is a brass and not bronze.
Not sure why it is marketed as bronze. Also noted there are few models under Steinhart also marketed as bronze, which I don't think it is a CuSn8 case since it is not mentioned anywhere in their website.
