Title: Guess the mark on my wrist game

Can be from your caseback or the strap/bracelet

I was going to say the mark was caused by the Richard Mille (RM005?) vented rubber strap but then I realised the mark on your wrist more closely resembles the ribs on another kind of rubber......

But I wear all my watches rather loose on my wrist, so it is with much regret that I say the only mark / scar I am able to show is......
