This will haunt us 5 years later from the date you purchase ur luxury watch . It will hurt more if we own more luxury mechanical watches.

Haha i am well aware or the cost of owning my watches.
Thats why sometimes i buy will strongly consider how much is the servicing afterwords or even replacement parts like straps.

rolex ,breitling service charges is still condering affortable for me. :Laughing_on_floor:
funny is ,they should have know about this b4 getting their  watches. this kinda watch not just only cost u a fortune yet take so long to repair.
btw added some credit to my fav brand, cos they listed out everything

hmm the mantaince serve fee they change its should be ok as we only do it once every 5 - 6 years... Its not like maintaing your car for every 3 month

The ballpark figure for servicing a watch about 5~10% of the watch retail price regardless of its type. So, a 3-hand watch may cost more than a chronograph to service. silvertan, u can buy a "cheaper" chronograph :) Having that said, is servicing a gold Rolex is more expensive than a servicing a SS Rolex of a same caibre?
