i will go with longines...
-
the longines look nicer
-
Longines for sure given the 2 choices.
But I would think it's going to be a lot more expensive.
-
Longines gets my vote
-
my vote go for Longines
-
Baume but I would prefer a black dial.
Regard
Tyler

My vote to Baume and i do agree with Tyler. Baume price tag is slightly higher right?
I think previously the company is lack of serious market recognition. It catches my attention until recently they launched the retro inspired model - Capeland. I like the RG Capeland 10007 but it's really a little overpriced.
-
What's your budget?
I would go with Longines, but the master retrograde model.
-
Longines should be the one but this complete calender n chrono is only 40mm.. if it fits u fine , why not. just my opinion tony..
-
vote for longines...
wat ur budget?
-
Generally Longines has better value ratio although both are mid level branded watches
Longines is more conservative/traditional as compared to B&M.
However between these 2 models, I wouldnt choose the Longines as its way too cluttered and busy.
In this particular comparo, I think the B&M has more class.
Anyway both run on Swiss ebauches… the movt quality is about the same...
-
Given these 2, my choice would be Baume & Mercier, because this Capeland model is 42mm and I like white dial with the touch of red.
This Longines Master Collection is 40mm and there's a lot of function being put in such a small dial. Too busy for me.
Please share the pics of your choice once you decide which one to pick.

yes baume slightly higher price than longines. Capeland 10007 doesnt worth the price to me hehe

my budget is less than 10k, both models are less than 10k. master retrograde model is nice too but i prefer this master collection because it fits my hand perfectly. i have a nice lady hand though ;p

tq tony, my heart tell me longines too. but just before commit would like to see the overall preferences of all the bro n sis here :))

Generally Longines but not this model.the dial is just too busy.
Between these 2 models I think the B&M has far more class.

actually both r about the same price but however longines are smaller compare to B&M. both r good watch though.
i suppose Swiss ebauches is a good stuff? hehe

My suggestion is go for B&M, 42mm, now a day bigger watch nicer hehe (personal thought), and.. after you own it and wear it, you will feel the watch become smaller and it will fit you nicely, and.. ofcoz, i like B&M brand :)
-
40 mm should be fine for your wrist size.. well good luck..

In the watches world, I think that Baume is better than Longines.
-
Longines for me. The addition of the moonphase complication edge it out for me. i feel it makes the watch more.... classy? or perhaps.. look more regal. more of a personal taste for me. although not the most useful of complications , it does take alot more workmanshio to include and just gives the watch an extra spice. also longines as my first expensive watch wishlist years ago so im bias
-
Hi everyone, i have decided on this 42mm longines aaron kwok's watch ;D

Congrats on your watch. Wear it in good health.
Ps: Love the dial pattern, this is what attracted me to Longines in the first place.
-
Nice watch, congrats and wear in good health!
-
My vote: go longines but try master retrograde... more classy, unless u want a chrono.
-
I prefer the classic look of a Longines..
