Today (12 Jan 10) is MWF one year old ;)
Recently I saw a lot new members signed up but not a lot surface ;) wish to see more active members in the coming years ;)
Thank you all for your contribution and support for the passed year!! Thanks for all the GTGsssss!!! More to come this year ya!!!

OKok..
Where to start?? I think it's all start from the first local Panerai GTG...
A friend of mine (Chris, who i meet in other forum, who crazily into Panerai) and I suggested to do a "first" Malaysia Paneristi GTG back in late 2008 December.. During the GTG, we meet some great people like Danny (i meet him in HG and we sort of click during the first meet up :D), Chiew (Msia strap maker :D), Alvin, Simon, Michael (Mr Malaysia :D) and some other who I guess they have registered but not really active....
Then someone suggested we should have our own local forum and few weeks later, i received a call from Danny saying that he had setup one and ask if i can help him to manage (sorry mate, i don't think i did a good job :p) and of course i'm more then happy to help ;)
BTW, just for your info, this forum is hold in Danny's personal server and thanks to him, we have a place to share and to learn from each others :)

Shhhh. This is embarassing. The use of my server is supposed to be a secret! Let's keep it to ourselves. ;)
Actually I have an account for a shared server hosted by a server farm in the US. I keep it for my own personal projects. Since I have more than enough storage and bandwidth I'm more than happy to share the resources with fellow watch enthusiasts like you.
Anyway it's been a fun year, learnt a lot and met up with some wonderful folks from this forum. I hope the forum will continue to grow in strength from here. Next step is to set up our own domain name rather than using the current sub-domain format.
So thanks to all you guys for making this a wonderful and friendly forum for fellow watch fans. And special thanks to Scott and Yenfoolun for volunteering their time to moderate the forum.
Looking forward to the GTG this Saturday.

I remember joined MWF in 2010 when i start collecting watch. Somewhere along the journey, the interest was going down perhaps due to other commitment...
However, the spark ignited again lately when i started buying few g-shocks last year... ;D
