IS ANYONE KNOW ABOUT IT'S STORY? ARE THEM SAME BRAND WITH PANERAI OR JUST A DIFFERENT BRAND BUT HAVING SIMILAR DESIGN?
WOUDL IT EXPENSIVE FOR SELLING RM390 FOR 6 MONTH WARRANTY?
WHAT IS THE OTHER BRAND GOOD IN AUTOMATIC WATHC?

Replica aka fake
cheong
Totally copied the crown guard which is a registered trademark of Panerai. You can't do that if you are an honest brand. Marine Militare is just the name used by the Italian Navy.

A true "respectable" homage watch replicates the look and feel of the original watch without violating any legal trademarks. Example: Invicta divers that copy the dial indices and mercedes hands of the Rolex submariner which are common design elements. Fraudulent homages aka fakes are watches that copy the copyrighted Rolex crown logo and name (sometimes mispelt).
Other interesting examples are Flieger watches made by Fortis, IWC, Bell and Ross, Stowa, Laco, Azimuth, Glashutte Original, etc. that completely replicates the look and feel of the World War 2 B-Uhr Flieger watches designed to Luftwaffe specifications (well actually most don't replicate the original 55mm size.) These watches are legal and "respected" homages since the copyright for B-Uhr designs have long since expired.
Homage is a very broad term. Some homages are fraudulent (fake), others are legal and respected. Depends if you break any laws making them in the first place.

I think it's a option for those who can't afford the real Pam, but if your a watch purist, you would buy the real thing, provided you have the funds.
