Title: Anyoen else excited for this Speedy LE 2012?

Cant believe its not even on the Omega website until now :-\

But they already have the catalog in the boutique.

Est usd7-8k price tag :o

Besides the Snoopy this is my fav!
At least it looks different.
What i saw from the boutique this is under the "Last man on the moon" version with this engraved on the back.

Pure silver dial if i remember correctly.

Who cares if i cant see the time easily, looks damn good  ;D

Is a no for me.
Legibility is poor.
Original dial for me anytime. Ya, I know, am boring  ;)

Nothing special on the case back.
Its all on the dial.

I remember it just being engraved "Last man on the moon bla bla bla....."

I can’t seem to find any info on this online so I went over to Omega and asked for the catalog and took a few snap shots of it to share with everyone here. Sorry if it’s not clear as it was taken in a hurry.  :Cheers:

This is NOT an Armstrong LE edition.

Also, this watch came out in BASEL beginning of this yr.

I quite like it especially if you read more on Apollo 17, the dial starts to make sense. Anyway, I can’t wait to see it physically to get a better idea of it. Was told that it will retail around RM21K+ with no discount because it’s LE. Same BS they told me of all their previous LE models.

i don't see this will be a big seller. and to imagine some complain the Daytona is hard to read... and the chrono is virtually useless other than the seconds.

last man on the moon? does Omega know something we don't??

This is one of the rare Speedy that is either love or hate.
No in between haha.

I love it for its uniqueness. The normal dial is everywhere, nothing special. To me at least.

Still dont mind to have one in the collection though.

Interesting design...the specs read Silver dial. Serious precious metal.

I have the 2003 "Last Man on the Moon" LE Speedmaster. I very much prefer the older version.
