My PAM 313 is roughly slower by 2 sec in a day. Is it possible to send the watch to Richemont office in KL to regulate the time without having to send it to Singapore. Because it would take sometime if the watch being sent to Singapore. The watch is still under warranty.
Anyone has experience this?
Please advise.

IMO this is very normal for a mechanical watch.....

Buy a quartz if it irritates you that your mechanical watch is off by 2sec per day.

2 seconds is perfectly good. Even COSC specs is -4+6.

Does the watch lose 2 seconds everyday like clockwork?
Did you rest the watch in the same position every night?
If the answer is yes for both, then you can try to change the resting position to try and gain back the 2 seconds.
And if you're really particular about atomic accuracy, then I'm afraid mechanical watches are not for you.

Seriously... until this time i still DONT UNDERSTAND why people are so particular about timing to seconds if its not tourbillon ... I think its reasonable if talking about minutes per day
And seriously 2 seconds per day ?! .. no offense... Everyone has their point of view and time to timed the watch :-*

y even bother to regulate it since its just 2sec difference~? even its still under warranty it doesnt mean you need to regulate it..
sorry but i still need to ask....if so what happen after you regulate it after that , when reach back to ur hands and still have 2 sec difference or even mayb more then 2 sec, so going to sent back again?? ??? ???

If it's deviation is more than 15 seconds a day, then i would say you need to regulate it...
After long use, lubricant will dry up, power reserve will drop, manual wind will feel coarse and deviation will be more severe... then it needs a full service.

2 sec? that is amazingly good la brother....the only better watch is those casio quartz...+- 10sec in a month.....

I would say more +-30 seconds.......
2 seconds is very accurate for Mechanical watches....

If you are lucky mechanical watches can be as accurate as +1 sec/day.
Anything of up to +5 sec/day is still acceptable in my case.
Of coz I prefer the mechanical watch to run fast rather than slow as you can just stop the second hand when you want to re-calibrate the time.
Any greater deviation than +5 sec/day and that watch will be sent back to the SC to be re-calibrated and if it still fails, it will be sold.

2 seconds? I dont think it needs regulation. Even if you send it to the service centre, it is just going to come back with a clean bill of health with no possible work done on it at all. I have a PAM351 with the same movement as the PAM312. However it was heavily magnetized that it was +/- 5 minutes a day. If you are getting those figures, then i say you should regulate it.

The verdict is out.Many would give up their thumb for a watch having those numbers.
If that bothers you,I agree that you should get a soulless quartz watch and you would sleep well at night.Or be like me,get a timegrapher whereby you can tell at a glance how many secs it varies/day.it can also tell how many secs a day it gains/loses in various positions

Wow.. That's awesome. Btw, thanks to all for the feedback. Still my question not fully answered. Let say in the future, if i want to regulate the watch, can Richemont office in KL has the capability regulate the watch without having to send it to Singapore's office. Has anyone experience this?

Give them a call? They should be able to assist with your query. Btw, my view is prob not as usually in-house like the p.9000 would need y
