When I try to set the time, I notice the second hand is still moving altough i've pull the crown to the last pos. to set hour and minutes hand. Is it normal for this movement? Or Its the manufacturer defect?? Help needed   :Blue:

This is normal. The Miyota 821A is a non-hacking movement. A hacking movement is where the second hand will stop if you pull it out to the last position. There is nothing wrong with your watch at all.

Most hand wind movements doesn't stop when you pull out the crown to adjust the time. The ETA 6497 is one of them. don't worry nothing wrong with your watch, enjoy it..

The Miyota 821A is an automatic movement and it doesn't hack. Even the Seiko 7s26 automatic does not. It's not only limited to hand wound or self wound.
