Seems like Damasko have been busy lately...
New models DK14 and DK15
Not my taste though... prefer central sweeping seconds hand.

I would have preferred a smaller seconds subdial and not a big one that "eats" the numerals 8 and 10.

Agreed!
Small sec hands would look good.
Whats the movement inside this thing?
-
I would even prefer a cleaner dial ..... no sec hand....
just hour and minute.....
-
Movement is Damasko's in house movement A35-1 using Silicon Spring and DLC escapement... lucrication free...

Be warned though, this model is priced similar to the other Damasko in-house movement model DK10 and DK11...
So we're looking at above rm10k a pop... ::)

No more anti-mag......
Guessed they changed their philoshphy of design...
-
Since it's using silicon hairspring, i guess it will still be antimagnetic.
-
Argh.. what happened to 8 and 10? :o

Transparent caseback, still got Anti-magnetic??? but I like the case back, not the front tough...10k a pop, so mine can sell higher liao ::)

The only parts that gets magnetized and affect timekeeping is the hairspring...
If the hairspring already made by silicon, which has no magnetic properties, I guess that effectively makes the watch antimagnetic...
My opinion lah...
Some ppl dun understand why the Rolex Milgauss is advertised as antimagnetic when in actual fact, all Rolex watches using the new Parachrom Bleu Hairspring is antimagnetic.
-
Small second at 6 will be much better looking to my taste
Antimagnetic case no longer needed now
-
Hmm..........i love Damasko brand but small second hand ?? ::) unless it's a chrono
Bring back the yellow hand i'd say ;D

Rolek tend to overengineer things mah. Hmm I was wondering what happend if other part other than the hairspring got magnetised? Will they affect the timekeeping?

heard that Damasko will open up booth here in malaysia in malaysia defence exhibition...somewhere around this month...will get more details and post it here soon

thats great news.... with tudm?

Actually, pallet fork, escape wheel or other steel component could get magnetized as well but the affect less the accuracy of the watch.
The faraday cage in the Milgauss act as extra protection in case of exposure to a strong magnetic force.

I still think the second dial look weird, somehow out of place. It's too big i reckon.
