I am an apple guy , but i find uploading movies to ipad troublesome :(

Apparently this new ipad speed is just comparable with ip2. But slightly heavier than ip2. So the only attraction is the higher resolution. Anyway, 4G is not comparable with any 4G standard in Asia. So the only bet is wifi.

got my new ipad from japan - cost me RM1553.33 (basic model) ... nothing special, just higher resolutions.... I think better buy Ipad 2 when they reduced the price when new Ipad available in Malaysia.

Yeah the only selling point is just higher resolution if thats what you are looking forward. I tried one the other hand and noticed that it is quite warm after a while.

many reports saying the new iPad heats up quite fast and can be quite hot after some times...
will go for 2nd gen as it is already top of it's class for the price now reduce  :thumbsup:

There are tons of apps for movies, try flex player. Been using it on my iPhone and iPad, no problems. Sure Samsung is more drag and drop, the only thing different with the apple devices is that u've gotta use iTunes to sync the files.

The New iPad is suitable for new iPad owners... former owners like me won't upgrade to this model. Better wait for the Next Gen iPad 4...  :thumbsup:

good but you cant tell the performance difference between ipad 2 and 3. most noticeable difference is the retina screen
mine runs cool even when i used it for a long time. definitely runs cooler than my iphone 4
if you buy the 4g version, you can still use 3g, not just wifi as some of you may think

if you dont have ipad 2, then its a good buy.
