Can anyone suggest me a watch? would like to have a watch with blue hands with leather strap.. budget below 1.5k

If possible, would like to purchase in Malaysia instead of online..

like the colour of the dial, watch case, movements?

chrono or non. etc etc

Dont mind whether chrono or not
Dial - lighter colour (e.g white..)
Strap - leather
Hands - blue
Movements - any
