Hai sifus, can some of u share a bit more info regarding the manual 6497 'Swan neck' movement. I am in the mist of buying 1 homage watch.

try steinhart, i am in the midst of getting a pilot watch almost same design with unitas movement..
Well cost about 330 euro shipped to your door, i believe it is a good buy, do consider.

a new swiss eta with real swan neck and modified bridges that been decorated with cote de geneva + blued screw....
that will cost u around > rm 2.5k easily.....

no swiss made swan neck movement for your budget
but if you only want an ETA.. there is plenty to choose from within your budget,
