I am back. Missing in action for a while ;)
I need suggestion from you guys. Honest one yah :Praying:
Am thinking of getting Maurice Lacroix : Phase De Lune Dame. Colour: White. Its on 50% sales. Please contribute your kind views and comments on this piece.

Personally, I find diamond bezel too bling. So it is out. I suppose my vote won't count as it is not objective.

That model is not small i guess, minimum 40mm if i'm not mistaken..personally i quite like the design ;)

ML pieces are definitely hot pieces especially when discounted.
I am not a fan of blings, but ML classics are always evergreen.

masterpiece....the name is masterpiece..... means its a handcraft masterpiece from ML...
all ML masterpiece is better finish compare with pontos series....
50% discount is normal for ML clearance on hard to sell model/lower used value model/got improve version coming in....
i used to see ML pontos series selling more than 50% in grey market, those rectangle shape model, the over price model....
but its not normal to see 50% discount for masterpiece. and if u like the design and never plan to re sell it.... why not?
it look very very good to me !!! i was once wanted to buy my wife this... white version as well.... but the size is too big for my wife who has a tiny small wrist....
collectorstime also selling some model more than 50% discount.... but he wont sell to malaysian for ML....
its a ETA movement... so it will reflect in the pre owned value....
new from AD is more than RM15k.... if not remember wrongly...
once saw a pre owned shop selling around RM****
but i'm not surprise at with the price at all... pre owned female watch always lower.... because most female do not like pre owned thing !!!

I believe it is a ETA 7751 with the chronograph feature removed.

the qualification is that your birthday must falls between Oct09 to Jan10. The discount is accordance to your age within these three months. This promotion is applicable to major ML AD in Malaysia and not only applicable to one shop only.
And it has to be a masterpiece series of ML.
For example:-
Your day of birth is 15 Oct 1954. So you are now at 55 years old.
You are now entitled to buy a ML Masterpeice at MAX 50% discount.
So in other words, if you are 45 years old, then u only entitled 45% discount. Therefore, it a world of mouth marketing strategy for ML to promote their brand. Call ML SC to enquire more about this promotion and they will direct you to your nearest ML AD. tel: 0321489678.

Am not a fan of bling too but every women has to have some bling for fancy or formal occasion...example: Formal dinner , High Society Ball/Functions etc.
I prefer simple and elegant watches for work and daily wear... :) I have few collection of those.

just tried to tell you there r plenty of choices if u like the same feature since the movement is the same...
btw, personally i do think ML, sothis & Nivrel look good... ML white dial white strap look more feminine... and with diamond bezel.... perfect for lady!
saw the bling version was priced at rm20.5k last week..... (if not mistaken)

Sad to say the ML I wanted ( website posted) was discontinue. :Scolding:
Was so excited to get it last saturday but was told they don't carry the model anymore. I was :HammerHead::HammerHead:. Even brought my mom ic and money. What a "let down".
Fed up... I had my eyes on Panerai at this moment. Forget the bling for time being. Was trying to get the basic version with 40mm. Black dial with leather brown strap.
