Hi there,
I have a piece in hand for sale:

IWC Top Gun Single Chronograph IW3789-01
Discontinued Model by IWC
MINT condition
Comes with Complete Box and Guarantee Card
Case: Ceramic
Bezel: Ceramic
Strap: Kevlar Strap with Pin Buckle
Diameter: 44.0mm
Its a ceramic case therefore the condition is perfect on both the case n crystal.
The strap is due to change.
