Title: New member to my collection
Post by: silverstan on November 21, 2011, 03:06:32 PM: i always wanted a tonneau shape watch in my collection.
that's when i first saw my boss wearing his Cartier Tortue Tourbillon Limited Edition

Recently look around online and this watch caught my eyes!
I bought this watch accidentally... cause really no planning to get it so soon...
This is my 3rd watch for the year, JLC hometimes in Febuary, Seiko Orange Monster in October... and this one on November.
It's not new watch... it's preloved piece... can't resist... just love it.

I don't have clear pic for this watch... my sis took all the unbox pics for me.

This is Patek Philippe Gondolo 5030G equipped with automatic calibre 315SC with geneva seal.
it is in white gold case & white gold tang buckle.

let's see my wife want to bring extra watch during our coming KL trip.
she need bring her rolex for service, sapphire scratched by diamond lol (j/k, but don't know scratched by what)

My 1st made to order strap, Su Mesura. All the way from Paris!

Choose cheaper material to test on 1st order. Need to know how's the quality before proceed to order more.
This is shiny lizard with Garbadine color, length is 70/105. (next stap will try with 70/110 or 70/115)
width is 18/14 with 3.0mm padding with square buckle hole. Pointed end & machine stitching.

Better lighting for the strap. the craftmanship for this strap is good.
It's same quality as original strap, comfortable and well finished.

they sent the package with Fedex Document envelope, packed with care.
Wide selection of leather, hide or skin. from basic calf to exotic leather.
fully customizeable width and length. Now custom strap no longer for PAM lover only. ;D
Took 1 - 2 weeks for customized width and length, another 1 week for strap delivered to your door step.

Yea, yellow lighting + bounce flash make the white gold case look like rose gold. hehe
