According to this site it is almost RM8k.. is it worth for a quartz? just asking
[mod : no commercial link allow]

It's not entirely quartz movement.....it's mecha-quartz.... As for whether it's worth it or not, it depends on the individual and perceived value of the brand itself....I would argue having similar designed watch with eta2824 may not worth the rm8k price tag either......nor does the rm15k iwc aquatimer with eta//sw based movement......
"Calibre S is an electro-mechanical movement, completely developed by Tag Heuer. This hybrid movement that uses both, quartz and mechanical elements of timekeeping (quartz tractor, mechanical chronograph module) is designed to display features in two different modes – the Time Mode and the Chronograph Mode."
