Patek never ceases to excude its class..beautiful. Is it a calatrava or pre-calatrava days?

It is PP 1618 Round Calender. ( Round Small Seconds -Automatic ) It is the same era as Calatrava,( Round Small seconds - Calatrava ) which are usually manual wind.(Ref: Patek Philippe by Roy Ehrhardt & Joe DeMesy )

The bracelet is not part of the watch . It came with a leather strap and gold  buckle.
At recent auction of Christies in Hongkong , a similar watch  was presented as Patek Calatrava ref 3445.
