This is my first Seiko diver's watch: Seiko SKX009K1 Men' s Watches : Automatic Professional Diver 200M. Got it for less than RM500. Below is my review.

It has luminous hands and hour markers. The body is stainless steel case with blue and red screened Uni-directional rotating stainless steel bezel. Seiko's special Hardlex crystal comes standard. Rubber strap with a 20mm width. It has day and date indicator at 3 o’clock position.

It has a rating for water resistant to 200 meters. The crown is screw down. Approximate case diameter about 44mm (minus the crown). Approximate case thickness is about 13mm.

The metal stamping on the back is unique.

Unlike the Marinemaster series, this class of diver watches from Seiko is not as thick.

My only grouse with this watch is the screw tread for the crown is too fine. It takes some time before it catches with the crown when you want to screw it down. As I am quite "gentle" there shouldn't be any long-term problem, but for someone who is not as "gentle", over time, the screw tread could spoil.
Below is a picture of the watch on my wrist.

Cantik, but I would prefer it on Nato strap, Red and Blue, match just nice. Seem like a lot of Kaki of Seiko Diver here

Yes, Seiko divers are sturdy, relatively cheap and is the most affordable purely in-house matchmaker.

Good review with nice pictures of Seiko "Pepsi" Dive watch, meoramri.

Can't go wrong with Seiko diver :)

i thought the lug width for SKX009K1 should be 22 mm and not 20 mm, no?

Sorry Jagjag, got it from an internet shop. I guess major watch shops with the Seiko brand should have it in store.
