Pillow shaped gold automatic 'Bentley Deluxe' watch 33.5 mm wide 8.8 mm thick. One needs to use a 'female pin' to fix the strap as the case has a protrusion instead of a depression(unusual).

Bentley also produce watches?? which year was it? is it under Breitling???

I guess that this watch was given to a buyer of a new Bentley car those days. The movement may be made by a reputable watchmaker as a Bentley is almost equal to a Rolls Royce. Will get a technician to open the watch and lety you know after that.
