Title: Rolex opening 2nd service centre in KL?

Spoke to one of the shops in Pavillion who is opening another store opposite. He told me Rolex is opening a pretty big outlet there in October which will include a service centre. Anyone else heard about this?

i would certainly prefer to go to Pav than to Dion Tower

Some boutiques overseas which is large enough will usually have 1-2 in house watchmakers.
Serves as good marketing as well.

As for a full fledged SC maybe not.

That's probably true.. shall see when it does open. Was supposed to be this month but got delayed. Good to have options though. :)

If true,back to basics for Rolex then.Way back,they sell as well as service.

i juz hope their workmanship n service can be improve. how many center oso useless if the workmanship is suckss

send bak service n polish. they polish till all the sharp edge become round. lost the rolex edge. really wtf...whole watch become round.
