Which model are you interested in? I can't make any promises but I can try to ask a favour from my Japanese colleague on his next trip back to Japan. However can't tell when he'll be summoned back to HQ again. Gotta wait.

i want the californial dial version... either black or brown leather is ok...
i heard if u buy from them, normally they will give u 1 free leather strap.... so u will have 2 different color leather strap!
rm2.3k plus is attractive.... online ppl selling rm4k plus....
i've seen personally both the italian and california dial when they first launched last yr... selling rm3k plus...
everything is top class to me... but with now rm2k plus... i can play with my own strap... so i can forget bout the 249!
in fact i like the thicker case they made....

Checked with my friend. She should be OK but she is not a "Watch-person", she just worry end up buying the wrong thing :D
Also, i think she is going with a group of people and i think she will not miss Ginza..
I have give her the link to the watch and will try to talk to her again before he leave to Japan..
What is the budget in MYR? Have to give her a budget so that she know she is getting the right one..

ok.... looking at today currency exchange rate.. it should be rm2269...
so plus some currency exhange lost.... should be around RM 2500 easily...
if from that shop, it should be genuine...
no 1 faking rxw mm25 so far... but mm20 alot...
just to make sure she get the california dial version will do...
heard they give 2 strap with different color if u walk in...
if cant get.... either black or brown is ok to me....

1) look for the shop address (which shop?) or name? Maybe can find our internet...
2) email me a picture (just 1 picture showing how the watch should looks like) to [email protected]? So that i can forward to her. She is not into Watches..so, all watches looks similar to her :D Better to have a clear picture so that she can print and bring along while doing the shopping..

Sorry for the late response. My Jap colleague has no immediate plans to return to Tokyo. Next trip home for him is the summer holidays in July/August. I think that schedule is not suitable for you. Glad that Scott will be able to help you out with this acquisition.

Yup, that's what I wanted in the first place. But anyway, I got an alternative now.
Now, the silly question...manually or auto? (I believe its a manual).

i bought this 3 / 4 yrs ago... at that time... every1 laughing at me for wearing this 47mm watch....
i sold it at little profit around 2007 when a guy from singapore approached me....
now kinda miss this mm20....

sinichi is a internet seller...
he used to appear at bigwatchforum and watchuseek...
patrick is in watchbus taiwan... a very famous rolex collector... he also used to help ppl buy watches from japan...
he sold alot of mm20...
