Title: Seiko-5 Military
Post by: takashi78 on August 30, 2011, 10:19:05 AM
Borrowed my friends 18-270 lens to try out at his house over the weekend.
1st time using such lens and took the pics in his 2nd floor small living room.
White walls all round, table was 3ft from wall on left and maybe 10ft from wall to the right. Ceiling 12ft with white lights.
Still trying to figure out what was taught by Kelvin previously and experimenting.

Had one, sold off to a friend. Good watch, even better photography. Care to share some of the tips given by Kelvin to those who could not attend?

No particular tips, was using a flash to take those pics.
Just gotta experiment with bouncing the flash off different angles to get the optimal pic that you want.

I still have trouble getting the true color of the dial.

Any tips?

Nicely taken  ;D I own one as well and have been trying to find time to get a nice picture of it using my wife's Nikon D80.
