Title: Contact person in Swatch Group

I have send an email to the general email and got no respone for the past 3 weeks. It is regarding the poor quality of the croc leather strap for my wife speedmaster. It crack eventhough is carefully and rarely worn and also been applied with conditioner.

Since the watch is in SGM for checking, though they can check on the leather as well.

I called the general line and their reply is they take some time to reply email but 3 weeks is too long.

I need a specific person that I can channel to.

Am surprise to read this. I have deal with them before recently, and it was quite a pleasant experience. Emails were replied almost the next following working day.
Try this number for assistance.

Bro Peiseh, you should have PM him, now everybody knows Cheryl number, cham liao. Wonder yr nick name is "Peiseh" mean "Shy", I guess, but you don't act like  :Laughing_on_floor:

no reply from them? last time i emailed them, they reply within minutes. or maybe because I emailed them through the official watch website :thumbsup:.. if still got no reply I can PM u the direct email add of the Cust Serv Dept..

I think its an issue since the numbers were actually given to me when Ian wasn't around. Thought since I have a pleasant time dealing with the Swatch group, it is just appropriate to share with fellow watch enthusiast, especially when one is having issues with the watch...hahaha..

Admin/moderator, please delete if you feel it is not appropriate. My apologies,ya..

Thanks all for the info.

Will revert if they reply.

Just receive a call from my wife and is back to the boutique from service center and they did not check on the leather strap.  :thumbsdown:

I think the time the watch spent in display case under spot lights etc. may have dry up the leather and caused it to deteriorate faster even when wearer take the most care of it.
I have Seiko leather strapped watch too. Worn in as carefully as I can, but the leather top surface starts to flake.
It happened within a year's time.

Send back to centre, can't do much. Not warrantied. Changed one, and its being a year of normal use, still nice and soft.

Thus I deduced that the watch was displayed on the case too long and maybe too hot/dry (with spot lights etc). Next time, see one in case, ask for new one from the store room. my2sens

Agreed on checking the condition before committing to purchase. Just trying my luck on the leather strap since is stated is not warranted. However am disappointed with the no feedback from SGM.

hmmm, so Cheryl is a leng lui? guess I'll have to find an excuse to go visit her... hmmm, come to think of it, my auto swatch needs a new strap... :p

Got a reply from Lim Cxxx Cxxx as per mozo72 info.

Well as expected their reason is due to wear and tear. At least an answer rather than no reply.
