U can try toothpaste and see if it removes the scratches from the hesalite. If not, then get polywatch. Save u bit of $$$ if toothpaste works.

Thanks all, any idea how much is a tube of polywatch? Toothpaste hmm I will give it a try but need to send my speedy to SG for service and water resistant test first before attempting this.

Why SG? Swatch Group here can do it as well.

And why would you need to send your watch for service first before cleaning it with tooth paste?

If you already sending in for service they would finish up the watch for you anyways.

Hi all sifus here, sorry for the confusion. SG = swatch group. What I have is a discontinued 3572.50 hesalite sapphire speedy I acquired from ebay. Don't know how is water resistant, so I am thinking to send it for service.

The polywatch will be use whenever necessary, service will also clean up the scratches but usually we do it 5 years once.

Thanks
