Title: Looking for watchmaker willing to modify watches

Looking for a watchmaker that is willing to do modifications on a watch (change of hour and minute hands)
Anyone know of one?
And can you PM me his contact number? Or where can I find him

While at it can anyone advise me on where to go to get breitling quartz serviced (no need go back to breitling ss la)? This is my 1st swiss watch and it is almost 15 years old.

Would love to help but my watchmaker is based in Taiwan. There is a local guy that I use in KL but not sure if he will do modifications. PM me and I will send you his contact.
