Title: My new Lüm-Tec C1 is finally here!

I am so happy that I finally got my C1 (serial #030/100) from Lüm-Tec. I was contemplating between the orange PVD C4 version or this C1, but decided C1 it is as I kinda like the combination of the red hands and brushed look.

38mm fits perfectly well for my 6" wrist, I had to take alot of pins though :P Surprisingly it weighs rather heavy, about 140g. Bezel and crown is PVD coated, crown is diamond sealed.

Movement is a manual wind restored vintage Russian military movement, twin barrel; unfortunately C series do not have sapphire caseback and there is no option for fitting one as well.  :(

I really like the almost perfectly sweeping action of the second hand, which has a round tip that is also lumed up! Which means I can see the seconds hands moving in the dark as well!

Everything is clear, clean and crisp. Some says the design looks too plain, but I like it the way it is.

Overall, I am too happy, and cant wait for more Lüm-Tec-s to be released!

WoW! Congrate to your new C1 ;) Cool watch and I think it's big right? 46mm?

hehe.. no...

38mm without crown, my wrist is about 5.85", approx 6" hehe.

Wow its the first time i see a 38mm look like a 45mm on someone's wrist :P

Great looking dial by the way, you wont have any problem telling time in any situation.

Nice looking watch! I have a M19 on order. Same movement as your C1. Can't wait for it!
