I am guessing you are referring to the Longines caliber L699? If so these might help.

I remember Hobs did explain how to read the hour angle watch back in his collection's thread...

It is based on the ETA/ Valgranges A07.111. It is based on the ETA 7750.

28,800V/h, 4Hz
24 rubies

I believe Laco and UTS and maybe U-Boat use the movement.

i hear my local ad information , tht this movement is very good n smooth n is similar grade or leval with those high end watches, like patek ,iwc n etc....

i just listen la.....
