Title: Panerai question: Filled Sandwhich Dial?
Post by: Scott C. on August 08, 2009, 07:10:22 AM
Hello All,

Have you come across any article or know anything about the Panerai "filled sandwich dial"? Is this term even exist?

I came across a post in a HK Panerai forum (we do have member actively posting there ;)), it is not a painted dial but it look very much like painted (urgg..what am i talking here)... it is actually a sandwich dial but the lume filled up the empty spaces... Those who can read Chinese, check out http://www30.discuss.com.hk/viewthread.php?tid=10298426&extra=page%3D1

I can't find any other information except from the above link... that's why I posted this question to see if you have any answer/opinion on this..

No wonder the PAM0 lume looks different compare to PAM104 ;D

Anywhere, just to share!

Good weekend and can't wait to see some of you this coming Sunday!

SC
