Hi Bro,

Finally, which watch is it? Is it one of the Damasko we saw during the last gtg? Do put up some pics once you get it.

Cheers.

Eric

I like Damasko features, the build, the feel. But during hunting process, I bump into another watch that I like it more than Damasko, still German, (of which I dont have any in my collection)...This will be my first German watch, and also my very first Aviator watch...until then...just waiting...

Hunting is fun, waiting is an excitement... ;D

Datograph is the killer. Tried the PP Calatrava before with Sshark and Terrence , u can feel the vibration of the movement whn you shake it for winding. Dnt know this will happen to Lange or not

Good lookin sqr watch :)

Does the 12-hour hand move back and forth while turning the crown in the 1st click position?

1st click position is not firmed, quite flimsy  as compare to Seiko, I mean easy to pull out, but 2nd click is firmed, you can hear the sound. The 12-hour hand not moving when I change the date or GMT pointer. I have not fully tested the watch, will try it out tonight again

Looks like a really tough and macho watch.

Can wait for pics our of the plastic wrap and wrist shoot.

So what made you choose this model?

yup, I like the strap leather smell... ;D

I was looking at Damasko and Dievas, almost order one of these 2, love Dievas because of the lume, Damasko obviously is the build and feel, but due to first time setup Paypal, problem here and there...so time flies

Then 1 fine day took the survey, then only realize I dont have aviation watch at all, so start looking at aviation watch, then bump into this Steinhart, and of course other brand as well. I don't know how much I will like the aviation watch, so I bought one with reasonable price, just to see how I like it, but yet to prove.

Just the hunting story... but I think you all know, the process is fun, and I have no regret.

so keep happy hunting.... ;D
