Title: Watch Nylon Strap Washable?
Post by: tkyong1 on May 15, 2011, 06:40:37 PM
Hi all sifo,

This is the first time i bought watch that comes with nylon strap.

I believe nylon sooner or later, due to our climate condition, will stink after certain period of usage under hot and sweat weather.

May i know whether nylon strap washable?

If yes, what is the correct way to wash it?

Many thanks in advance.

Have a good day. :)

I dump mine in a pillow case cove and into the washing machine. After that, tumble dry (low heat). So far so good. NATO straps, I wash by hand with soap and air dry. Sometime I use the hair dryer.

Just want to ask a same question too... ;D. I just change to nylon strap on my first chronograph, bought during student time...actually just started to wear it again after many years resting...(lazy to change the battery... ;D)
