Erm... keep all the knives and hand saws? ;)
Seriously, how deep is the ding? If deep, I think can't DIY.
If superficial or not that terrible, quickly go to ur nearest jeweller and get it polished.
All the best bro... hell hath no fury like a woman who's watch is scorned... ;D
-
Can the jeweler fix this? round the casing under the VI.........
-
tat's bad. It will polish away significant amount of case material even it can be polished
-
my solution....leave it as it is and get her a new watch
might be a bit more ex but atleast it would not polish off too much of the case

It might earn you a few brownie points as well!!
-
and lighter wallet :)
-
Married men will understand....
A lighter wallet is a reasonable sacrifice for brownie points as these points will go a looooooooong way if you know what I mean... ;D

Yeah...that means you score brownie points for your next watch purchase (less/no objections from her!).....hehehehe

nowadays, it is the wife that need the brownie points ? not ?
hope you have an understanding one and not a materialistic one.
-

I was cleaning it and dropped into the sink ..... ( moral of the story is ... not broken, leave it alone ...!!!!!)

apply management strategy here...don't show her the watch but tell her it's a massive damage on the watch and how foolish u are and how u cannot forgive urself, etc etc (if you can let loose some tears then all the better). this will prepare her for the worst case scenario.
keep blaming urself (slap urself on the face a few times to add more drama and realism) until she calms u down and tell u it's ok or she won't be mad at u
then show her the watch and she will be glad it's just a small ding
-
i think just apologize to her and tell her the truth.... i think she will understand.... good luck pal.. :Praying:
-
or maybe she dun even notice hahhaha

ur wife got c4 meh? why so worry....
-
don't say anything... by the time she notices it, she might think she did it herself... :P
-
management strategy dowan, then try political strategy...make a cctv recording showing someone who look like her take out the watch and ding it....
