Title: Certina DS podium GMT short review
Post by: maximillian on April 02, 2011, 06:15:33 AM
bought a watch for my father yesterday, because i wanted to buy him a watch that suits his lifestyle.i bought a certina DS podium chronograph GMT.he's a frequent traveller,so GMT is a must.the GMT is adjusted via the chronograph pushers at the side of the case when the crown is fully pulled out.besides that, the legibility is excellent for his old eyes.though its a bit rugged, but to me its manly!nice and thick brushed and polished finished case.haha the chronograph functions are cool and the build quality is good.the counter at 2 oclock has both the hour and minute hand for the chronograph functions.he was shocked upon receiving the watch, and at first he thought  i was buying for myself!haha i want to put up a video on the chronograph function..how to host it other than using youtube?

excuse the greasy pic!didnt wipe it first before snapping the pic :Laughing_on_floor:

Certina is a good watch indeed, last time AD said this brand the price is reasonable, may be in future the price will go up after the advert and awareness.
