This is a collector grade model from grand seiko and this model is holds retain good value in the market.
This is Grand Seiko SBGP017 , this model is to celebrate 44GS 55th Anniversary is a Limited Edition only 2000pcs worldwide! Very very rare in the market!
This model also coming with super rare configurations which had a display case back to showing of high-end 9F caliber which is fully hand-finishing and assembly by grand seiko watchmaker! I would said this movement is look event beautiful than many luxury brand and the architecture just as solid as a FP JOURNE elegante!
This movement is developed based as same as a mechanical type which can be service/maintain but it has very very long life span until the time to service ! This is the advantages of this movement.

The special texture dial look like oil-paint effect is taking inspiration from the clouds gathering above the Shinshu region and is exactly look like baby blue snowflake! This is also first time that Grand Seiko putting a special dial into men's 40mm quartz model !
The blue steel GS logo in the dial is also one of the super super rare configuration amongst others model!
The GS44 multi-faceted case is even a long historical design language in grand seiko. super thin case at only 10.7mm !
