The 15202 is a nice watch, closer to the original (I believe), but personally I prefer the 15300 as I like my watches with the sweep second hands (at least I know it is still working, without looking at the back.).

if budget is no problem, take the 15202, the dial design is simpler and true-er to the original design.

but for under 30k brand new, i'd take the 15300 any day. improved bracelet, new beautiful inhouse movement with display case, what's not to like?
you need to resize the bracelet in order for it to fit. by just wearing it with full links, the sides will buldge and look big. i;ve seen many guys with less than 6.5" wrist bring on a 15300 very well.

good luck with your hunt :)
