Hi All,
Not sure if there is another post on this. But this is my contribution. Hope this will help someone here who needs to change his/her strap in to a Nato/Nylon Watch Band
1) (http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/9416/howtowearnato1.jpg)
First remove the push pins of the watch with a push pin tool.
Then put the push pins back on the watch. Cause we will be using the original push pins to fit the nato strap.

Open the Nato Strap

Insert through the top push pin of the watch and then through to the bottom push pin as in picture

Follow the image to put through to the other portion of the Nato Strap

I have personal experience to add. Removing the bracelet was relatively easy. I unable to put back the bracelet and ended up passing back to the AD to help me. 1 reason was I was only armed with a screwdriver. It is the same screwdriver I used to remove the bracelet.

another note is when putting back the bracelet.. you must be careful if not you might scratch the lug.....

 Thanks for sharing the pics.
At least now i know i put the nato straps correctly... ;D
... just tembak only when i first got the nato ;D

Those who would like to have the watch sit lower on the wrist should consider a 2 ring nato instead of a 4 ring type as shown. Those are easier still to mount...

Really helpful tutorial. Which brings me to this question. Where in KL can I find NATO straps for sale?

A very good writeup indeed. Unfortunately, it is always hard to find good Nato straps in Malaysia. Best is to get from overseas. More choices.
