Title: WTA - San Miguel Chronograph ???

I have recently acquired an interesting San Miguel stamped chronograph watch from second hand market. It is powered by Miyota OS10 quartz movement.

I tried to research information about this time piece but there is zero search result, not even a photo on the internet. My guess is, it is a memorabilia item produced some years ago.

Does anyone know the story of this time piece?
