Title: Watch Protection
Post by: avabobatea on August 15, 2020, 06:02:30 AM
Saw ad from internet selling some kind of sticker for watch to prevent scratches.

Anyone can help with my questions:
1. How tough/easy to apply the sticker?
2. Is there applicator in the market instead of DIY
3. How Long will it last, fear is end up peeling at edges or bubble..

My concern just the bezel. If with bezel only would be nice

Sapphire crystal does not scratch easily. If it's acrylic or mineral crystal, you can remove those with polywatch.

Those "sticker" don't look easy to apply yourself unless you're an expert at it. And they're not cheap.. I heard about RM800 for some Rolex models. And it's usually just for the bracelet, clasp and sides of the watch. The bezel normally no sticker.

And from pictures of watches with stickers applied, it looks terrible actually ....

If it’s ugly, free also no use
