is a good watch i personally think but this watch not a famous brand in malaysia. so if u just wan to buy n enjoy urself then is ok. bt if u are thinking to trade later after sometimes then this watch is not a good choice as the trade value is almost 60% off the purchase value.

OK bro..thank you very much for the comment..

I have a couple of Glycine pieces myself. I can say that Glycine offer excellent value, especially for Swiss Made watches.
Instead of buying online you may want to buy from the local AD in Malaysia. Better peace of mind.

Thanks Danny
I will go to local AD look see..b4 decide..cheers

From what I see from various websites Glycine has a very nice range of watches at a lower price/value point than say Tag, Oris or even Ball. Its not so famous probably bcos it does not advertise as extensively as some other heavily promoted Swiss brand ( the cost of which is eventually passed down to buyers anyway...).I understand that the movements are ETA based,so no worries there. The only thing is that I hv never seen in M'sia b4.

i've sent a mail to Denke (a guy who basicly only collects Glycine) and asked about the model.. ill post his reply (or a translation of it) In general i would say Glycine seems to make great watches.. i would love an Airman :)
-
Built quality is very solid. Owned a Glycine Incursore Black Jack Auto Chrono.
-
Yeah, the huge airman 7 with not two or three but FOUR timezones would be awesome in any collection.

There a smaller airman (38 mm) which have 3 timezone....

@Paulkky got a reply from Denke...
Nice watch he's owned a few think they are a lill 2 thin for his liking and that buying a chrono version might be an idea since they are a bit thicker.
a watch currently being sold in sweden used is going 4 2000sek around 945rm.. so that should give a hint of value if you want to sell..
All in all it seems like a good watch :)
Ill post a link to the forum link selling the watch not for adverticement reasons but so you can c rl pictures of it :) its in swedish n its the last 2 pictures
(just delete the link if im in violation of any rule)
[yes Erik, sales link removed, please use PM]

I bought a Combat Sub "Root Beer" circa a year ago and I dare say that the brand is value for monies. I bought it from an AD in MV and it was newly-launched then so the discount on the "Root Beer" was lesser; but for pieces launched for a while already, they were willing to give rather generous discounts. I was pretty much into the vintage look then being still very much in love with my Tudor Heritage then, and the distressed leather that came with the "Root Beer" was truly very attractive. So, would I recommend for a Glycine piece? I had plenty of reasons in this Oct '14 blog entry @ http://andywristwatches.blogspot.my/2014/10/sms-is-glycine-good-choice.html (http://andywristwatches.blogspot.my/2014/10/sms-is-glycine-good-choice.html), but the short answer was a resounding yes. For the price that you pay, you could hardly get a better-built and with-local-support brand. Go on, make your day!

Glycine Incursore is my favorite, recently they crossover with a fashion magazine for a limited 50pcs (http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/18/5f66a9d9c4334a8b4746ee9d7fbfed11.jpg)(http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/18/7989c61cc3c6175c598c8de1ba9fc27b.jpg)
