Some of you would have seen this before since I brought it to the 2nd anniversary GTG.
Just thought of sharing these pics which I took recently of the Hanhart Tachy-Telemeter. It's a discontinue model from Hanhart, driven by the Valjoux 7760 hand wound chronograph.

• 28.800 vibrations/hour

• fully wound running time of about 42 hours
• stainless steel case, mat finish
• asymmetric button distances
• dual O-ring gaskets on crown and buttons
• screw-on stainless steel back case

• ETA/Valjoux Kaliber 7760, Bicompax, 13 1/4 ’’’, modified and decorated
• inactive luminous markings on dial and hands
• Tachy Tele speed and distance scale
• water resistant to 10 atm (100 meters or 330 ft)

• high-quality hand finished leather case

Love the vintage look of the Hanhart and also the case.
Didnt know it was a manual wind.

It's a replica of the WWII chronographs built for the military. You'll notice the asymmetrical arrangement of the chrono push buttons relative to the crown. The purpose of this peculiar arrangement is to allow the pilot to quickly differentiate the two buttons during combat situations, when he cannot take his eyes off the enemy plane.
