Hi everyone. Happy New Year.
Was really into watches during secondary school days (G-Shock fever) but when the mobile phone landed my interest moved to that instead.
Am way passed the mobile phone period now and just 2 weeks ago my interest in watches was reignited. Didn't know what was quartz, mechanical, jewels, automatics, self-winding until 2 weeks ago :Laughing_on_floor: Before that only knew about digital and analogue time keepers  .....then I started looking at watch forums and eventually stumbled upon one that's closer to home :Jumping:
Am Selangor based and works in Cyberjaya. Wanted to get a more presentable watch (current daily/only watch is K.Swiss given as a present from mum) and very interested in mechanical Diver watches with metal bands and no complications other than date...am getting a good offer for Oris watches (higher discount than AD/boutiques) and have currently narrowed my selection to the TT1 Divers Date and Diver Titan C Small Seconds, Date 44mm....i really love the simple and classy design of the Divers Date but the Small Seconds is very intriguing as well...and more costly (due to titanium)
Current wish list would be a Sub or SD...hope one day will achieve it! No stranger to the Sub as my dad used to own 2 but sold them after he had an accident and had an early retirement. He said he sold them because he will not have the "occasion" to wear them anymore and I told him he should have kept it and pass it down to me :Scolding: :Scolding: :Scolding: ... anyway, would probably be more meaningful for me to get one all on my own and start a new legacy of handing down vintage watches to newer generations
haven found my grail yet, but the Milus Tirion TriRetrograde looks awesome!!! :Praying: (http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTyELJwCB1TG_ZuRSgEW8A86z9bwc8E8ZRvkS_d6FCQSko9viyqrq4qq3Au)
