... assuming that money is not an issue. :)
Personally, I like white gold and platinum but hate yellow gold.
-
I love SS and Pt and Ti if it is not too dark. Probably, Ti-alloy
-
Being an F1 fan i voted carbon.
Strong and light and the look is so tool watch like.
Not sure how well it response with refinishing of the case or if it can be refinish or not.
-
Platinum lah... Just no $$$ to buy only
-
Will go for SS. But Two tone also can, provided not too blings.
dc
-
SS cause is cheaper hence can get more watches
-
I prefer hardened SS (if there is one) and hardened Ti (which i have 2 in my Seiko and Citizen)
-
brushed stainless steel for me, not a fan of polished.
-
rose/yellow/white gold or platinum with brown/black croc leather straps...
-
I've voted no preference. I think it all depends on the design of the watch as a whole rather than looking solely at the case.
-
rose gold.....most classy for dress watch.
-
mix would be nice like ceramic (scratch proof) with platinum or white gold, ss also ok including rose gold ;D
-
i think the issue is depending on "OCCASSION" and "USAGE".
cos if i were to go for a tool watch, steel, ceramic, carbon would be nice.
if it was a dressy watch, rose gold would be sublime.
but if it was for all day use at work, i think steel would work best.
i have not really understood the use of platinum and white gold cos they are very close to steel but 2/3 and even 5x pricier. anybody can enlighten?
-
Steel and carbon also acceptable for me...
but also depend on the usage la...
-
SS for me. Brushed for pilot watches, polished/brushed for PAM.
-
As for myself, i think SS for most of the occassion. Brushed is great also.
-
I prefer SS, brushed or polished depending on the design.
Wanted to try PVD but have not found a design that I like yet.
-
best choice is SS as it always the best trend. I also like ceramic like pam292.
