Title: Mechanical watch slow 30min in 6 hrs twice, then back to normal again next day

Happened yesterday, but now today the watch back to normal again. Is that a glitch?

Take the watch to a good watch repair shop. They have the equipment to measure the beats and amplitude of your watch and from there they will know what's wrong.
