Title: JLC service centre

Hi there,

Need help to point me to a JLC service centre. My doctor strange watch cannot seem to hold its power reserve. Slap it on the wrist & it works fine. Take it off & within minutes it stops.

I believe you need to visit your AD or JLC boutique. The Richemont service centre stopped entertaining walk in customer since 2-3 years ago.
I am not sure if the changed their policy
